Holding a Master’s Degree and comprehensive expertise in mobile and web development, he has successfully led diverse projects in sectors including entertainment, travel, e-learning, and manufacturing. 

Before establishing ProCoders, he significantly contributed to the design and development of numerous services and an international travel booking system.

In 2015, recognizing a surging demand for tailored software solutions, Oleg founded ProCoders to assist businesses in achieving their goals through advanced technological tools. 

Over his career, he has enhanced his skills through more than 20 professional training programs, including advanced courses in:
